Azim Uddin High School is a traditional educational institution located in Sholakia on the eastern side of Kishoreganj district town. In this school, the students from the 6th to 10th standard have the facility of study. The organization has a special contribution in the development of socioeconomic status of this region.
In 1916, Munshi Azim Uddin Ahmad Sahib donated Rs 20,000 / – (twenty thousand) in cash for the establishment of the school and during that time, 4 acres of land was bought by the government for the name of the school and established schools in that land. In the meantime, Munshi Azim Uddin Ahmed firstly shifted his school to the present place after the Swatarpur to distribute the light of education among backward Muslims. Founder of the organization Babu Hiran Chandra Goswami After he took over as head teacher from 03/16/16 to 19/12/16, Babu Basant Kumar Chakraborty took up the school from 20/12/16 to 28/08/33. During his time in 1922, the student of the school, Rebati Mohan Barman, secured first place in Entrance Examination under the University of Calcutta in undivided Bengal. Later on, the school continued to move through a lot of climbing uphill. In this situation, when the progress of the school was disrupted, on 01/01/1951, the role of the Trader was joined as the headmaster in the school Motiur Rahman. The school, whose hand touched the new life, has returned to life. This is called Modern Modern Designer of Azim Uddin High School. Then there was no need to look back.

Mr. Matiur Rahman, son of the then Headmaster of this organization, and his student of the organization, Atiqur Rahman Bhairab, was killed in an encounter with the Pak army. Mr. Aftab Uddin, the teacher of this school, was killed in the liberation war.
